We are passionate about promoting appropriate physical activity and exercise for all conditions.
If you have recovered from illness, are managing a long-term condition or are experiencing another barrier to achieving your potential we could help you achieve your fitness and activity related goals.
We also have a fully certified Pilates instructor who is able to offer Pilates instruction to help with core strength, fatigue management and overall conditioning.

Recovering from COVID
We have extensive experience in functional rehabilitation and enabling people to return to exercise and activity. We also have experience with respiratory conditions. We are therefore well placed to assist you in your recovery from COVID 19.
We will complete a thorough assessment, taking into account your previous activity levels. Together we will identify your goals and use a range of treatment ideas to enable you to achieve those goals.
