We would like to reassure patients that it is our priority to ensure that we are maintinaing safe practice and adhering to guidance from both the government and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

The majority of our clients are now having face to face therapy. Prior to any initial face to face contact we complete a thorough risk assessment. This involves a phone call to discuss COVID 19 symptoms, confirm that neither we, nor the client is experiencing symptoms and to ascertain level of risk. We ask you to inform us if you begin to experience any COVID symptoms or have a positive lateral flow or PCR test.

We are continuing to offer therapy via video calls for those clients whose needs can be met this way and who prefer not to have face to face contact, or are particularly vulnerable.

We wear PPE when carrying out face to face contact. This includes a face mask, apron and gloves. We wash our hands and sanitise before and after every client. We also do two lateral flow tests a week.

If you have any questions about how we are maintaining safety during this challenging time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
